The Cyber Helpline is a UK-registered charity offering 24/7 free, confidential assistance to individuals and sole traders affected by cybercrime and online harm. Launched in 2018 to close a critical support gap, we guide users through issues such as scams, hacked accounts, cyberstalking, revenge porn, ransomware, and deepfakes using plain English and practical advice.

Driven by a network of skilled volunteer cybersecurity professionals, The Helpline has already empowered over 1.5 million users and handled 80,000+ support cases, helping people contain, recover from, and learn to prevent future incidents.
